At Hair Depot, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you receive an item that does not match the reference image provided by Hair Depot, along with the tracking shipment number sent to you, we can offer either a refund or exchange for that item. Please review our Refund Policy carefully, as we do not offer refunds on any items outside of this condition.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases, except for cases where the product received does not match the reference image provided by Hair Depot, along with the tracking shipment number. Once a product is sold, it is considered a final sale. This includes:
- Hair extensions, wigs, and bundles
- Cosmetics and beauty products
- Sale and clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
2. Exchanges
While we do not offer refunds, we provide exchanges for defective or damaged products. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The exchange request must be made within 2 days from the date of receiving your order.
- If you received a defective or damaged item, or an item that does not match the reference image, along with the tracking shipment number, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. You may be eligible for an exchange for the same product or a similar product of equal value.
- Items returned for exchange must be in the exact same condition as when they were received. Opened, used, or altered items will not be accepted for exchange.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Opened or used hair extensions, wigs, and bundles
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, and beauty product
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Provide a description of the issue, along with photos of the damaged or defective item.
- We will offer an exchange for the same product or a similar product of equal value.
5. Late or Missing Exchanges
If you haven’t received your exchange yet:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement, as exchanges may take a few business days.
- Contact your payment provider, as some delays may occur with them.
