1. All Sales Are Final
Please note that all sales made through Hair Depot and hairdepotflorida.com are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

Hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and bundles

Hair care, cosmetics, and beauty products
-
Sale, promotional, or clearance items
-
Gift cards or store credit
-
Custom, special-order, or personalized items
By placing an order with Hair Depot, you confirm that you have reviewed your selection carefully and agree that once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under normal circumstances.
2. Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse, we understand that issues can happen in transit or during fulfillment. We will review requests in the following situations:

Damaged items – the item arrives visibly damaged from shipping.

Defective items – the item is not functioning or is materially flawed when you receive it.

Incorrect items – you receive the wrong product, length, color, or model, or the product you receive does not reasonably match the product description and reference images shown for that item on Hair Depot’s website.
To qualify for review, you must:

Contact us within 2 days of the date the tracking shows your order as delivered.

Your order number

A clear description of the problem

Photos and/or videos that show the issue, including the product, packaging, and shipping label

We may request additional information or images, if needed, to properly assess the claim.
Our possible resolutions
If, after review, we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will, at our sole discretion, provide one of the following:
-
A replacement of the same product (if available);
-
An exchange for a similar product of equal value; or
-
A store credit in the amount of the original purchase price for the affected item(s).
A refund to your original payment method may be offered only if we are unable to repair, replace, or reasonably exchange the item, or where required by law.
3. Condition of Items for Exchange
If an exchange is approved, all items must:
-
Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition;
-
Have all original packaging, tags, and labels intact;
-
Show no signs of wear, installation, alteration, cutting, combing, brushing, washing, coloring, or styling (this is especially important for hair extensions and wigs).
Opened, worn, installed, altered, or damaged items (other than the defect reported) will not be accepted for exchange.
4. Items Reported as Not Received
If your tracking number shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

Check with household members, neighbors, and your building/office management.
-
Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a trace or claim.
Once an order is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, risk of loss passes to the customer. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
5. Processing Time
Approved exchanges, store credits, or refunds (when applicable) will be processed as quickly as possible once we have finished reviewing your claim and, if required, received the item back.
If a refund is issued, please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit—this timing is outside of Hair Depot’s control.
6. Policy Updates and Questions
We may modify or update this Refund & Exchange Policy from time to time. Any changes will take effect when posted on hairdepotflorida.com and will apply to purchases made after the update date.
