If you receive an item that does not match the reference image provided by Hair Depot, along with the tracking shipment number sent to you, we can offer either a refund or exchange for that item. We do not offer refunds on any purchases, except for cases where the product received does not match the reference image provided by Hair Depot, along with the tracking shipment number. Once a product is sold, it is considered a final sale. This includes:

While we do not offer refunds, we provide exchanges for defective or damaged products. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

You may be eligible for an exchange for the same product or a similar product of equal value.

Items returned for exchange must be in the exact same condition as when they were received. Opened, used, or altered items will not be accepted for exchange.
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
