1. Overview and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website hairdepotflorida.com, any related online services, and your purchases from Hairdepot of Orlando, doing business as “Hair Depot” (“Hair Depot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, visiting our store, or placing an order online or in-store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or purchase from us.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on hairdepotflorida.com and change the “Last updated” date above.

Changes will apply to your use of the Site and to any orders placed after the updated Terms are posted. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

We sell beauty products including, but not limited to, hair extensions, wigs, bundles, hair care products, styling tools, and fragrances.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However:

  • Colors, textures, and details may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly match the product.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • We may limit quantities and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or for fraudulent purposes.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund for the cancelled portion.

5. Orders, Payment, and Taxes

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete; and

  • You are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize Hair Depot and our payment processors to charge the total amount of your order, including products, shipping, and any applicable taxes and fees.

Sales tax:

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and current tax laws. Hair Depot currently collects sales tax on orders shipped to Florida and any other states where we are required to do so.

If we are unable to process payment, or if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, we may cancel or refuse the order.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We ship orders to addresses within the United States using the carriers and shipping options available at checkout.

  • Processing time: Orders are generally processed within [2 business days] after payment is approved, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Transit time: Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Any dates shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss: Risk of loss and title pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, and building or office management; and

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a trace or claim.

Once an order is marked delivered to the shipping address you provided, Hair Depot is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. We will do our best to assist you, but any replacement or accommodation is at our sole discretion.

7. All Sales Final – Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of many of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and bundles;

  • Hair care, cosmetics, and beauty products;

  • Sale, promotion, or clearance items;

  • Gift cards or store credit;

  • Custom, special-order, or personalized items.

By completing a purchase online or in-store, you agree that your order cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded under normal circumstances.

7.1 Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping or fulfillment. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we will review requests in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit;

  • The item is defective or materially flawed when you receive it;

  • You receive the wrong product, length, color, or model, or the product does not reasonably match the description and reference images on our website.

To request review, you must:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of the date the tracking shows the order as delivered; and

  2. Email info@hairdepotflorida.com with:

    • Your order number;

    • A clear description of the issue; and

    • Photos or videos showing the problem, including the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We may ask for additional information or require that the product be returned for inspection.

If, after review, we confirm a valid issue, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available);

  • An exchange for a comparable product of equal value;

  • A store credit for the affected item(s); or

  • A refund to your original payment method if we cannot reasonably repair, replace, or exchange the item, or where required by law.

7.2 Condition for Approved Exchanges

If an exchange is approved:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, uninstalled, and in original condition, with all tags, nets, seals, and packaging intact.

  • Hair products must show no signs of wear, installation, combing, brushing, cutting, washing, coloring, or styling.

Items that appear worn, altered, or damaged (beyond the defect reported) will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

From time to time, we may offer promotions, coupon codes, discounts, loyalty rewards, or other special offers. Each offer is subject to its own terms, which may:

  • Limit eligible products;

  • Set specific start and end dates;

  • Restrict combinations with other offers.

We may modify or cancel promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

Gift cards and store credits (if offered) are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and may be subject to additional terms.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Site, products, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

you agree to be responsible for your own actions when using our Site and products. If your use of our Site or products causes Hair Depot to face a claim, dispute, loss, or cost, you agree to help protect us from that.

This means that you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hairdepot of Orlando (d/b/a “Hair Depot”), and our owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to:

You agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, and we both agree that this is a convenient and appropriate place to handle any dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents either you or Hair Depot from seeking urgent or injunctive relief (for example, to stop misuse of intellectual property, confidential information, or other serious harm) in any court that has authority to hear that type of matter.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Waiver

If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms at any time, that doesn’t mean we’re giving up our right to enforce it later.
